Normally very happy with this service, but the other day I went for a pedi (and toe paint) and it wasn't as good as usual. She suddenly seemed to be in a rush and didn't buff or file my nails at all. Also no undercoat before polish. I wasn't paying full attention so only fully realized when she was already painting them. I should've spoken up then but was so taken by surprise and confused and felt awkward. I did tell the lady in charge and she apologized. The girl seemed to try to deny it, but it was obvious as you could clearly see all the ridges etc on my toenails. Every other time I've had this service (many times over the years) the have always looked great and been completely smooth. I was a bit surprised they didn't offer anything by way of compensation. I don't know what to do now as far as going there again. I always liked it so much, but didn't feel reassured at all for going again!
